Tom heads up our Wingman Broking Division – a specialist department dedicated to helping mortgage brokers and financial services businesses bring Remote Professionals into their teams.

Tom has been with Wingman since the early days, initially starting out in the Growth space before carving out his own path in the broking space.

Tom’s got a mix of hustle and heart. He’s sharp, driven, and his approach to work is simple – do the work, and always back the client.

Outside of work, Tom brings the same intensity and drive – whether he’s training in the gym, cycling across Brisbane, or screaming from the stands at Brisbane Lions games, he’s all in. That same discipline is on display in how he shows up for our clients every single day.
