Wingman isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. We offer tailored support packages designed to suit your business model, growth stage and internal structure. From recruitment and onboarding to training and daily support, everything is customised and managed by our local Australian team who specialise in real estate, property management, finance and operations.
We also operate under a Singapore-based model that gives you access to a fully compliant, global contractor workforce. This structure is the first of its kind in the world, offering more flexibility and scalability than traditional outsourcing or employment models.
Most importantly, we’re not just here to fill roles. We’re committed to helping you build a team that truly makes a difference while changing lives in the Philippines.
At Wingman, our onshore teams operate out of offices across Australia, while our Remote Professionals (RPs) in the Philippines work under a fully work from home model.
This setup is intentional, designed to support flexibility, comfort, and performance. By allowing our RPs to work from home, we empower them to operate in a focused, comfortable environment that supports both wellbeing and productivity.
It’s part of our commitment to building a high performing global team, where geography doesn’t limit impact, and flexibility fuels great work.
Wingman provides offshore talent to real estate, mortgage broking, financial services, buyers agencies, and professional services industries - with tailored support for each.
Wingman invests heavily in cybersecurity infrastructure, secure system access, and compliance protocols to ensure your data is protected. Combined with structured onboarding, performance tracking, and local account management, we create a secure, high-performing environment for every Remote Professional.
Wingman has strong internal cybersecurity measures in place to protect client data. All Remote Professionals work through a secure cloud-based PC environment, with built-in access controls and visibility tools such as DeskTime for productivity and monitoring.
Wingman has an internal, specialist IT and cybersecurity business to maintain high standards and monitor potential threats.
However, Wingman operates on a contractor model, which means both parties share responsibility for data security. Clients are expected to maintain the safety and integrity of their own systems and software.
If either Wingman or the client experiences a data breach or compromise, they are required to notify the other party within 24 hours so it can be addressed quickly and collaboratively.
The full process from your initial discovery call to onboarding generally takes three to five weeks.
This timeframe allows us to properly understand your business, team structure and goals, so we can match you with the right Remote Professional.
Each candidate is carefully selected, trained and onboarded through a structured process to ensure they are prepared to contribute from day one.
Yes. Our onshore team works with you to create clear, repeatable processes that improve efficiency and support long-term growth.
We also offer support packages to help with documentation, training, and system setup based on your business needs.
You’ll have access to local account managers, daily check-ins, performance reviews, and training resources - keeping your Remote Professional supported, accountable, and always improving.
Clients typically sign on for a fixed term of 12 to 24 months.
These agreements are binding for the full duration, and cannot be ended early unless Wingman is in serious breach of contract. If a client chooses to terminate the agreement prematurely without valid grounds, they are still contractually obligated to pay the remaining balance for the full term.
To conclude the contract at the end of the agreed period, clients must provide at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the end date.
Each side keeps their own stuff (like logos, systems). Anything new made during the project belongs to Wingman, but the client can use it. If the client keeps using Wingman’s stuff after the contract ends, they pay $100 per day until they stop or allow us access to remove it.
If there’s a disaster (like a flood or internet blackout), both sides get a break until things are back to normal. Fees may be paused depending on how badly services are affected.
Yes, all Wingman Remote Professionals (RPs) receive comprehensive training before they are placed into your business.
They complete The Wingman Academy, an intensive 12-week training program. Role-specific deep dives are also covered, depending on whether the RP is working in property management, sales administration, marketing, finance, or recruitment.
This ensures that every RP is confident, capable, and ready to contribute from day one, without placing any training burden on your internal team.
Every Wingman candidate completes a comprehensive English and communication test as part of the screening process. This includes written responses, grammar evaluation, and simulated workplace tasks to assess tone, accuracy, and clarity.
