Nikki is the Head of Projects & Events at Wingman Group, leading both the POWER Team and the General Training Academy. She’s known for creating environments where structure meets purpose – where teams understand not just what they’re doing, but why it matters.

Nikki oversees the end-to-end planning and delivery of Wingman’s national and international events, including the Wingman Roadshows and the annual Philippines Retreat. From concept to execution, she ensures every event is seamless and deeply connected to Wingman’s culture and community. Her approach blends precision and connection – building experiences that not only engage, but inspire.

Beyond events, Nikki drives business process improvement across the group, helping teams strengthen systems, streamline communication, and operate with clarity and accountability. She believes transparency and ownership aren’t just principles – they’re what turn good teams into great ones.

Away from work, Nikki adores her two cats and finds joy in the simple things that bring balance to a fast-paced life.
