Bill Hunter is a technology leader and cybersecurity specialist with deep experience in securing digital infrastructure, managing IT operations, and leading large-scale transformation.

As CTO of Wingman Group, Bill oversees Wingman’s internal managed services and cybersecurity division, protecting Australian real estate businesses from evolving digital threats.

Before joining Wingman, Bill led major technology programs across sectors including finance, superannuation, and critical infrastructure. At AustralianSuper, he directed national compliance and regulatory technology projects, and later managed technology and security operations for Australia’s land registries – ensuring risk, resilience, and compliance across essential systems.

As CTO of Kolmeo, Bill led the design of award-winning financial systems that automated more than $1.7 billion in rent and invoice processing each year – redefining accuracy and efficiency in property technology.

He’s also contributed to national policy and regulatory discussions as a member of ATO and superannuation advisory panels, sharing insight on the intersection of compliance, technology, and data security.

With a Master of Information Systems from Swinburne University, Bill brings a balance of technical depth and commercial clarity. He’s passionate about simplifying cybersecurity for business leaders – helping them strengthen systems, stay compliant, and build confidence in an increasingly digital world.
