Once you’ve approved your Remote Professional, we’ll work with you to onboard them into your business to make the transition seamless.

You will be assigned an Australian Client Manager, who will work with you to find out exactly what your needs are and how many staff you are looking for.
Your Client Manager will meet with you face to face, or via web-hook up, then go through all your needs and really find out what your pain points are and what sort of staff you need, along with what type of qualifications you require for your out-sourced staff.
This phase is all about finding your needs and how Wingman can help you and your business Grow more, Keep more and Live more.
Throughout this phase we will dive into:

Wingman supervises and provide all HR-related support . We also provide all employee insurances, including medical.
Wingman can work with you to set your team members goals and objectives, assess their progress and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. This ensures your team members are consistently meeting their objections and strengthening your business.
Wingman help always will be available to you throughout the year. If you are having difficulty with a team member, require new ideas on how to communicate, or finding that you are having tech problems, we can provide you with business support. This service is included in your agreement at no extra charge.
