All Remote Professionals complete our structured 8-Day Training Academy.
Day 1: Recruitment Foundations
Understand the Australian recruitment industry, the difference HR vs recruitment agencies, key benefits using agencies, recruitment sectors and client types, definitions and terminology.
Day 2: Recruiter Competencies
Professional skills; influencing, persistence, negotiation, personal skills; accountability, mindset, focus, lifestyle, decision making and time management, building resilience and persistence, roleplays and reflections.
Day 3: Recruitment Software & Tools
ATS/CRM systems (JobAdder, Vincere, Bullhorn, Loxo), candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent), business development tools (Apollo, Lusha, ContactOut), marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, ChatGPT), practical setup (email signature and LinkedIn optimisation).
Day 4: Clients & Business Development
Identifying a good client, building and managing a hitlist, researching companies, prospecting strategies, drafting client outreach messages, roleplay pitching recruitment services.
Day 5: Candidate Management
Good vs bad candidate traits, sourcing candidates (ads, headhunting, networking, referrals), screening candidates and note-taking, selling candidates to clients, preparing candidates for interviews, roleplay candidate screening calls.
Day 6: Adhoc Recruitment Tasks
Writing effective job ads, candidate mailers vs client mailers, writing candidate snapshots, drafting job ads, peer review and group feedback, conducting reference checks.
Day 7: Consolidation & Assessment
Review of all modules, group quiz and recap session, build a mini recruitment workflow, final presentation, certification: Wingman Recruitment Fundamentals Certificate.
Day 8: Transition to Client
RP to practice: candidate snapshots/summaries, mailers (1 x candidate, 1 x client), job ads, resume formatting.
