Competition Terms and Conditons
Competition Terms and Conditions – Win an International Trip
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are legal residents of Australia. Employees of Wingman Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must donate to Destiny Rescue during the AREC conference on the 25th and 26th May, 2024.
3. Submission Deadline: The deadline for entries is by 6pm on Monday 26th May, 2024. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
4. Ownership of Entries: By submitting an entry, participants grant Wingman Group the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the entry for any purpose, without compensation to the participant.
5. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random using an online random generation tool. The decision of the judges is final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
6. Prizes: The first winner will receive an all-inclusive trip to Wingman’s annual team trip in September 2024, excluding flights. The prize must be used on our team trip dates. Flights are not included.
7. Travel Restrictions: Travel dates are fixed and cannot be changed. The winner must travel on the specified dates or forfeit the prize. Certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply.
8. Travel Documentation: The winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and travel insurance. Wingman Group will not be liable for any delays or expenses incurred due to missing or invalid travel documents.
9. Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified by phone and email within the month of June after the conclusion of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 2 weeks, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
10. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities related to the competition, including but not limited to interviews, photographs, and social media posts, without additional compensation.
11. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
12. Disqualification: Wingman Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a manner deemed to be fraudulent, dishonest, or disruptive to the competition.
13. Amendments: Wingman Group reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the competition website or other official channels.
14. Governing Law: The competition is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
