I am assisting Megan Reaburn – Senior Property Manager of Bell Estate Agents manage the portfolio to ensure that properties are taken care of while providing exemplary service to tenants and landlords. I attend to maintenance requests and work closely with tradespeople to provide positive results. I also help ensure that compliance checks are conducted to avoid any security issues at the property.
