Founded in 2022, Wingman set out to fill a gap in the recruitment market — offering smarter, more flexible outsourcing solutions for businesses.
What began with a focus on real estate and property has quickly scaled into a national operation, now supporting over 750 clients and a team of more than 1,000 Remote Professionals.
Our hybrid model, combining offshore efficiency with local support, ensures cultural alignment, seamless integration, and measurable impact.
In just three years, Wingman has been ranked #5 in Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 and #6 in the Australian Financial Review’s Top 100 Fast Starters, nominated twice in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards, shortlisted for the REB Community Award, and raised over $160,000 in 2024 for our charity partner, Destiny Rescue. Jonathan Bell and Jonathan Rostron, or “JB” and “JR”, were schoolmates who saw a gap in the market. Together, they set out to build a smarter solution that combined global talent, people-first values, and high performance.
What began as a backyard conversation with mates has grown into a company supporting over 750 businesses across Australia and New Zealand. But the mission remains the same: shift the perception of offshoring and help business owners scale without burning out.
